Christine, the ex-wife of Kevin Costner, said she would accept the divorce settlement before "substantial" changes.

Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner's ex-wife, said she was "willing" to accept a divorce settlement from the "Yellowstone" star before the terms were changed.

Baumgartner revealed the divorce settlement in response to Costner's court case.

Baumgartner's team called his new $855,000 attorneys' fee proposal "nothing short of outrageous."

Baumgartner's team said in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital that Costner has refused to settle outside of court, racking up court fees.

"The Court should be aware that Kevin personally sent Christine a written settlement proposal which she indicated she was willing to accept," the purse designer's lawyers said Thursday.

Baumgartner's legal team said the deal was different from the actor's plan and had "extensive, material changes".

The payments were temporarily $129,755. Baumgartner requested a $31,837 monthly rise to $161,592.

"Support greater than $63,209 per month is disguised spousal support," Anderle stated in his submitted opinion. "Christine can convince the court she deserves spousal support."
