Grizzlies' Ja Morant Got Hilarious Advice From Former NBA Guard

Following his apparent imitation of firing a pistol to celebrate a dunk in Tuesday's 116-115 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans, Ja Morant.

The standout player for the Memphis Grizzlies, has been receiving backlash from both fans and past NBA players.

Chandler Parsons, an ex-Grizzlies player, was among several who criticized Morant for his careless behavior on Wednesday's Run It Back episode of FanDuel TV.

Former Hawks point guard Lou Williams also gave Morant some very sage advise regarding his celebrations in a conversation that was lighter but no less important.

At this point, it's ridiculous. It's absurd. What the heck are you doing, bro? Williams remarked, "Stop playing with fire," on Run It Back. "

Everyone is observing. Your admirers are observing. The NBA is observing. My brother, don't do anything that involves using your arms of any type. Put an end to it.

Williams went on to say that Morant needed to realize he would be closely watched for these kinds of contentious celebrations and that he had "no more leverage."
