Gypsy Her husband rescued Rose Blanchard from prison. His car's vanity plate said 'hitman.'

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who conspired with her then-boyfriend to kill her mother, was released early from prison on Thursday and picked up by her newlywed husband.

Blanchard, 32, married Ryan Scott Anderson last year while serving 10 years at Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri.

After eight years for murdering her violent mother Dee Dee Blanchard, she was given parole.

A People photo shows Anderson picking Blanchard up in a silver Cadillac. Vanity plates on the car read "HITMAN," which may have been a reference to Blanchard's arrest.

People says Anderson teaches middle school special education in Saint Charles, Louisiana.

While Blanchard was in prison, the pair married in Chillicothe, Missouri in August 2022, the Springfield News-Leader reported. She was 30 and Anderson 36.

Anderson likes wrestling too. Anderson picked Blanchard up in a car with a vanity plate like WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, known as "The Hitman."

In a pre-release interview with People, Blachard said Anderson had been her rock since 2020. She and Anderson told People they wanted children and to consummate their marriage after her release from prison.

Blanchard told People that she knows her future children will struggle to understand her mother's absence. She believes she won't treat her children like her mother did.
