Gypsy Rose Blanchard has shared a new photo of herself and her husband Ryan Anderson kissing on New Year's Eve.

Along with her spouse, Gypsy Rose Blanchard is welcoming the New Year.

The 32-year-old, who was out from prison earlier this week, ended the year by sharing a brand-new selfie of her and her spouse Ryan Anderson cuddling up to one another.

She posted a sweet picture of herself and Anderson cuddling in their living room on Instagram. Anderson appeared to use a remote to take the photo as the two put their arms around each other.

A illuminated sign bearing both of their names and a cutout with the words "just married" were visible behind them.

"A kiss on New Year's Eve with my husband," Blanchard wrote as the post's caption. In addition, she urged her 4.4 million fans to watch her upcoming Lifetime documentary, The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, to "see how our love story began."

After serving eight years in jail for second-degree murder in connection with the death of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard, Blanchard was released on Thursday. She plotted with her then-boyfriend, Nicholas "Nick" Godejohn, who was found guilty of first-degree murder and given a life sentence.

Blanchard married Anderson, a Louisiana teacher, while he was incarcerated. After placing a wager with a coworker, Anderson addressed a letter to Blanchard in May 2020, marking their first interaction. After that, the two began communicating often and gradually grew close.

She told PEOPLE, "I experienced a lot of emotional ups and downs as a result of COVID." Sadly, it caused the prison to become even more restrictive with regard to our freedom. Ryan has therefore supported me during both incredibly wonderful and really difficult times."
